InterNACHI is widely recognized for setting the industry benchmark for inspection standards, ethics, and continuing education. So, he is trained. tested, and accountable.
Certification through InterNACHI is not automatic. It requires rigorous coursework, successful completion of the Inspector Exam, and strict adherence to a comprehensive Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. Ongoing membership requires accredited continuing education, ensuring inspections reflect current building practices, safety standards, and regional construction realities.
